Cockroaches were crawling around, and the AC quit during the night. When I asked the caretaker to look at it, he accused me of damaging it. The receptionist was very rude too. I live in Guwahati, and this is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Avoid it. Is there a way to give a negative star rating?

The room and linens were dirty, and there was no Wi-Fi. The TV didn’t work either. The AC made a terrible generator-like noise but didn’t cool the room. Truly awful, avoid this place.

The food was enjoyable, and the staff were really warm with us. I had a good stay, though the bathroom could use better maintenance.

A clean, tidy place at an affordable price, and easy to get to. Guests can order food from the menu. I’d say it’s a good spot to stay.

Useless Oyo. At 3 am nobody was there to open the gate. Oyo customer care gave me the owner's number, but they wouldn’t answer. I called Oyo again and got left on hold. Shame on you.
