Even though I had prepaid through OYO, they wouldn’t let me check in because the homestay and OYO executives had some issue. The owner then asked me to pay offline for a room, first Rs.2000 par day, later agreeing at Rs.3000. I wasn’t given any receipt or bill. He said he’d provide a stamped bill when asking for payment, then politely refused after I’d paid. The room had no drinking water, although there was a jug and glasses just for show. Neither the TV nor the AC worked. A very, very bad hotel, with extra charges. I wouldn’t recommend booking here.

When I arrived, there was no homestay at the listed location. My money had already been taken through a booking app, and I believe the owner is running a fraud. Please don't book here.

You can cook your own food here, and they let guests use the terrace for get-togethers at no charge. The owner is laid-back, and the rooms are decent too.

They lock the doors at 11 at night, which is ridiculous for a hotel. Service was poor throughout: no breakfast despite repeated calls, and hot water wasn't available around the clock, so I had to keep calling to get it switched on. Even ordering tea took ages. The staff and owner were unprofessional. I could go on, but just avoid this place.

The owner never answered my calls, and there's no homestay at the address. They take payments through different booking apps, so this seems like a scam. Don't book it. Worst hotel in Guwahati.
