The bathroom was filthy and made the whole bedroom stink, so I had to call staff to clean it. There were semen stains on the bedsheet. I covered them with a towel and slept on it, which was disgusting. The photos they've posted are fake. The place felt really shady, with those typical Chandani bar style purple or blue ceiling lights. Please don't book here.

The room was very dirty, and the reception guy was unprofessional. I'd booked through Makemy trip, but he told me Makemy trip wasn't working there, even though they'd already taken the money. I suggest everyone go elsewhere.

I ended up canceling after Oyo offered a refund, then called the owner of the first property, who helped me with a room. Before that, two hours before I reached guwahati, someone called to say my chosen room, booked a week earlier, was under maintenance and they were shifting my property. The owner told me there was no maintenance issue and that they'd prepared my room. Oyo hadn't shared the new property's details until I called customer service, and it turned out to be a lodge that looked shady in the Google photos. I was traveling alone and arriving in guwahati at night. I asked customer service to switch me back or find another place, but they wouldn't, only offering cancellation and a refund. They left me stranded in guwahati at 10pm with nowhere to go, without even consulting me before changing my property.
