The place looked much nicer in the photos than it did in person, a real case of misrepresentation. It was poorly maintained, and the room was dusty from the start, with bedsheets that didn't seem properly clean. The towels looked even less hygienic. I know the price may be low, but that doesn't excuse an uncomfortable, dirty room. Cleanliness should be the minimum. Ouff.

The property was good and clean, but the cost cutting was crazy. They wouldn't provide toiletries, a water boiler jug, or basic tea/coffee sachets. Worst of all, there was no power backup. I was there in the scorching heat in May, and the power was out all night. Forget the AC, even the fans didn't work.

The rooms were spotless, and everyone on staff was great to deal with. Room service was excellent too. A really good stay.

We’re visiting from another country and had a confirmed reservation, but an unexpected situation meant we needed to cancel. Getting anyone to handle it took hours of being passed around and waiting on hold. Then we discovered our credit card had been used for bookings at several places across India that had nothing to do with our reservation. Thousands of dollars were taken, and we’ve had to fight with the card company to get the money back. The site promises free cancellation, but they still wouldn’t cancel our booking. We contacted the card company to stop any more charges. They haven’t helped and seem interested only in taking our money. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere. December 21,2025: Thanks for replying, but I emailed two days ago and still haven’t received any support. This is awful customer service. I can’t understand why cancelling the reservation is so difficult. Don’t book with them.
