The rooms were roomy and kept neat and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was good. It could use a few more choices, though. For a budget hotel near the Ulubari flyover, my stay was not bad.

My cab brought me straight here during my first visit to Guwahati. It was very late, so I didn't have another option, but I found the place clean, hygienic, and comfortable. It may cost a bit much if you're after a budget stay, though the food, service, and kindness were top-notch. Thank you!

I spent six days here on an official trip, and the stay was awful. The rooms are cramped, and at night the road next door is so noisy I couldn't sleep. There is no parking for four-wheelers, so you have to leave your vehicle on the footpath at your own risk. Room service took over an hour to answer requests. The breakfast felt like roadside-shop food, and one day we had stomach problems afterward. Other restaurant meals were also poor and very overpriced. Room rates seemed three times what the rooms were worth, around 1000 per night by my estimate. The front desk and other staff were rude and unprofessional. I'd tell people to book somewhere else.

The reception staff were arrogant and rude, and the service in general was terrible. They kept calling my room to make me move my vehicle because there was no parking space. Orders sometimes arrived hours later, if they came at all, and weren't always what I'd asked for. The breakfast was low quality, with chowmein served just to pad out the choices. I got stomach issues after eating it. Food prices and room rates were very high given the small rooms, poor food, and service. I'd choose one of the better, cheaper hotels in Paltan Bazar instead.
