The room itself was quite large and good, but the washroom, especially the toilet, was filthy. The bedsheet had yellowish stains, so we used our own, and no housekeeping came to service the room during our two days there. For the location, the price felt far too high. We arrived early and were made to wait until 11 am, even though at booking they said a room would be available right away. After payment, they didn't seem to care. The bald man with glasses at reception was arrogant and didn't know how to speak to customers. There wasn't even a basic welcome kit with water or a toothbrush. My family's Digha trip on 26/10/25 turned into a nightmare. Total waste of money, shameful service. They should rename Hotel Hillton to Hellton.

The staff's behavior was poor, and the service at this hotel was bad. I felt harassed there. I wouldn't recommend it, the quality isn't good.

We booked two rooms for five people. The staff were awful and the food wasn't good. Please don't stay here.

After I booked, the staff member was very rude. They charged an extra 400 rupees for the extra bedding. A really bad experience. Don't book this hotel.

The management was very poor. First they said using the swimming pool was free, then they charged us for it. They also charged for the smart TV remote, and the prices are too high for the location.
