The room smelled bad and felt cramped, and the bedsheets had cigarette burns. There was a broken mug in the bathroom, and none of the electrical sockets worked. It didn't resemble what I'd booked through the Oyo app at all. It felt like a cheap 300 rupee room tucked away in some dark alley. Very disappointed.

The cleaning was careless and rushed when I politely asked for it, and they didn't even sweep the floor properly. The staff came across as arrogant and rude from the moment I arrived. The lack of basic hospitality and professionalism made my stay unpleasant. Very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I had a pretty decent time there with my family, and the staff were very helpful.

We really appreciated the facility's safety and convenience, and the food quality was excellent, though the prices were quite high. It would be good to have more budget friendly choices so everyone can enjoy the dishes without hesitation. We also hope the gate closing time can be extended from 11:00 pm to 01:00 AM. The owner is exceptionally warm and welcoming, and our manager and staff go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. They're attentive, courteous, and always ready to help, and take pride in offering heartfelt service with a smile 😊😁. We hope you'll consider these suggestions and would appreciate a positive response. Thank you for your understanding, and thank you Cherry City Cottage.

The room was so cramped it was hard to breathe. The A/C units were old, poor quality, and didn't work properly. Lift service was up to the owners, and it stopped working before 11pm.
