OYO Rooms Wireless Beltola

The area was peaceful, and the room and washroom were clean. The rooms were very nice, and we got all the facilities at a good price. The staff were lovely, including a sweet receptionist. The food we ordered was very good quality, although it was on the expensive side. I had booked a non-AC room because I don't usually use AC, but I still got an AC room. It wasn't working well, so they came to fix it. I really loved the stay and hope I get the chance to come again.

The staff were genuinely humble, but I left very disappointed. The bedsheets in my room were dirty, and I was charged for two nights even though I stayed for only one. I had clearly explained my check-in and check-out times while booking, and they had told me the total amount then. When I questioned the extra charge, they repeated that this was how every hotel charged. I paid and checked out, but couldn't accept that explanation, so I called again and got the same answer. The amount I ultimately had to pay was completely unacceptable.

The rooms are well equipped, and the staff are better now. It's a friendly homestay with an atmosphere that respects your privacy. The food is great too, with typical Indian dishes and, if you like, tribal food such as Boro and Naga. 10/10, absolutely recommended.

Breakfast was complimentary in my case and was always well prepared. We also had lunch and dinner there on some days, and the food was tasty and well cooked. The nightly rate was very reasonable, and the place is close to the proper city center. Rooms were spacious, bright, and clean, with wardrobes, AC, windows you can open for fresh air, and clean bathrooms. The staff were very helpful and the service was top notch. It was a great experience. Thanks, KB Homes, for the hospitality. 🙂
