The rooftop restaurant beside the beautiful pool was such a relaxing, unusual experience. The Bangkok-style Basa Fish was delicious enough that it was one of the main reasons we returned to Ratnamouli Palace after our 10-day Meghalaya trip. Pradunya Saikia served it with real warmth and passion, making dinner special. We also loved the hospitality, breakfast, and dinner on both visits. We first stayed for one night on 12th May, then happily came back for another night. Front Desk Manager Jupitara deserves a special mention for her kind support, which made us feel even more comfortable. We had a fantastic time and strongly recommend this wonderful 4-star hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Limelight, the hotel restaurant, served delicious food, and the service was very good. The staff were kind and helpful, and they brought us whatever we asked for in very little time. The clean, luxurious rooms and the 5-star feeling as soon as you walk in made our stay at Ratnamouli Palace superb and relaxing. It’s in the heart of Guwahati, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a mall nearby. Game City, the kids’ play area, wasn’t functional and was under maintenance during our stay.

Mr.Ashish, Manager, did a brilliant job helping us throughout our family wedding. The hall decoration was stunning, the food was excellent, and the service was great. Everything went so well, and we’re very happy with how it all turned out. Many thanks to Mr.Ashish for his help and management.

We visited in the first week of April and stayed in a deluxe room at Ratnamouli Palace. The restaurant had a wide choice of dishes, and the food was consistently very good. Breakfast included local and continental options. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a firm mattress and good bedding, and housekeeping kept it tidy. Hot water, air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi all worked reliably. The courteous staff were prompt and helpful with requests and local directions. The location works well for exploring the city or for business travel. Good value, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Guwahati.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, and I’ve never had parathas and puri bhaji that tasty. We also tried the non veg gravies and Italian food, and both were amazing. The staff were courteous, service was very good, and we had a very good stay. If you’re visiting Guwahati, this is a must-stay hotel.
