The hotel is often full of students, and the food is delicious. During university days I came here many times with friends, and the workers were cooperative in a nice environment. They mostly serve foreign food from western countries. I also got to see the magnificent infrastructure of our Royal Global University.🥰
I only spent one night there, but it was a very nice experience.
The hotel and staff didn't seem professional, and the place felt makeshift. The rooms, though, are very large and spacious, with a great view.
The mattresses and pillows felt unwashed, and I had doubts about safety. There were no basic amenities you'd expect, and cleanliness was a major concern. The staff weren't helpful either. Look elsewhere if you want a comfortable, secure stay.
The atmosphere is peaceful, and the food quality is good. Staff are helpful, and it's couple friendly. Royal University main gate is right beside it, while ISBT is within walking distance. A nice place to stay, easy to recommend.
