The manager and staff were polite and did their best to help when needed. Service and coordination could still improve, though I appreciate the effort they made during my stay. The location is convenient and the rooms are decent. Wishing the team well as they keep improving.

The manager was sincere, dutiful, and supportive, and the staff were cooperative and behaved well. They can prepare homely food to suit your requirements. The place felt clean and homely, and I had a pleasant stay. Best wishes to everyone. I'll visit again.

In Guwahati, Urban cottage felt comfortable and welcoming, almost like home. The management treated me like family, and the staff were polite and well behaved. I'd recommend staying here when you come to Guwahati.

The food tasted like it was made by mom, and the service was good. The manager was available to help with anything, and answered the phone whenever I called, 24x7. Management was excellent, and it felt safe for a family trip. Thanks for a great experience at Hotel Urban cottage.
