I used to enjoy staying here, but on my recent visits the service felt different. The staff seemed less polite and attentive than before. Since we're crew members who stay often, I sometimes wonder if that's why they pay us less attention. That earlier warmth and care seem to be missing. There's also a hygiene issue with the water. Last year, I noticed an egg-like smell in a water glass in the dining area. Almost a year later, it happened again during my recent stay, and my friend noticed it too. My friend also said the water bottle in the room had a similar smell. This needs attention soon. Other services were satisfactory. I sincerely thank Mr. Biswajit for his kind gesture and support during my stay. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience.

The rooms were comfortable and modern, with nice views of the hills around Khanapara, and the location is beautiful. Staff were polite and attentive. The pool, spa, gym, and restaurants are excellent for leisure or business stays, and breakfast and dining have a good variety. Some guests have mentioned that a few areas need more maintenance and service can be inconsistent at times. Even so, I really enjoyed my stay at Vivanta Guwahati. It's a highly recommended upscale choice in Guwahati. 👍

The chicken was especially delicious, and the meal felt just like home. I arrived at Vivanta around 11:30 pm, hungry, after the restaurant had closed for the day, so I called reception to ask about food. I really appreciate them arranging it. If I get the chance to visit Guwahati again, I’d be happy to stay there. Best wishes to the whole Vivanta team.

The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and there’s a lush garden area. Staff were courteous and professional, and parking was available. The hotel sits in the middle of the city, with good highway connections and plenty of eateries nearby. Great location.

Ms Asfa made this stay especially memorable with her warmth and superb service. The front desk team was welcoming from the start, and we had comfortable rooms and excellent food. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to coming back.
