They even served roadside food and charged double for it. This place is full of scams, so don't go. I believe this OYO property cheats guests by asking for extra money to upgrade rooms and holding on to that money, saying OYO will return it. The OYO ASM is involved too. Please don't book this OYO HR INN HOTEL (saltlake).
There’s no lift, and the rooms are up on the 4th floor while reception is on the 2nd. The room itself is tiny, and the toilet is so cramped that taking a proper bath is difficult. You also don’t control the AC. The receptionist can turn it off during the day, so you have to keep asking him to switch it back on. It wasn’t a pleasant stay.
The room was unbelievably dirty, and the bedsheet and blanket were filthy too. The staff weren't cooperative, and the AC, fan, and TV didn't work. It was very costly as well. A complete waste of money, and the worst hotel I've ever visited.
Best place in Gwalior city.
I lost the full booking amount after cancelling my online reservation. They had given me a really dirty room and refused to move me, even though most of the rooms were empty. The rooms are filthy and the staff are rude and abusive. Never visit. Pathetic staff, the worst experience ever. 😡😡😡
