I had a bad experience with the rooms, service, and food. They show one room category but hand over another, then call it a premium room. The rooms don't match the online pictures, and the ambience is poor. The bedsheets are worn out and left for 2-3 days. They spray water on the same sheets instead of changing them, and the washroom seat isn't cleaned. Water doesn't drain properly either, so it collects in the washroom. The food was also poor. They serve stored food after reheating it, sometimes food kept for 3 days, and the paneer was old. Prices are high too. Corporates get rooms for 2k, but other guests aren't given a room for less than Rs.2500. There was no bell boy, so I had to carry my own luggage, and the car didn't feel safe in the parking. The staff are very useless, and the owner doesn't know how to speak to them. Landmark Hotel in front of Centela is better, with the same price, good food, ambience, and staff.

The rooms were comfortable, and the stay was satisfactory. Hotel Centella is in a prime, convenient part of Gwalior, which is its biggest advantage. The lobby smelled unpleasant and wasn't cleaned properly, so the first impression was poor. Breakfast could be better too. The food quality needs work, the tea tasted quite bad, and not having coffee was disappointing. Better cleaning in shared spaces and an improved breakfast would make the stay much better.

Centella Hotel was a comfortable place to unwind after a long day. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite, cooperative, and ready to help. Getting to nearby places was easy from the convenient location. The food was decent, with a good range of options. I had a pleasant stay and found it a good balance of comfort, service, and value. A nice option for a short or longer stay in the city.

The staff at Hotel Centella made the stay especially pleasant. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, everyone was courteous, cooperative, and ready to help with a smile. The food tasted excellent, and breakfast had a good spread, was served hygienically, and suited different preferences. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and very well maintained. Housekeeping paid attention to small details, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities felt premium. The ambience, cleanliness, and professional staff made a strong first impression when I arrived. It felt like a wonderful stay that lived up to its 5-star standards, with a blend of luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. I'd highly recommend Hotel Centella for business or leisure, and I'll choose it again on my next visit. Highly recommended! 👍

The rates are cheaper, and the location is superb. It's a short walk from the railway station, with lots of restaurants nearby and most historical places only 2-3 kms away. Breakfast was tasty, mostly Indian food, though there were very few continental items. It's a very nice hotel in Gwalior.
