Hotel Sunbeam

The bathroom kept leaking, with water dripping all night, so I couldn't rest. There were also bugs in the room. The room was extremely dirty, with stained, unhygienic sheets and pillows, and room service didn't even provide basic drinking water. It was a horrible experience, and I'd never recommend this place. It felt unsafe and very uncomfortable, especially if you're a girl or solo traveler. Platforms like MMT or Agoda should check basic facilities and hygiene before recommending hotels like this.

Social functions take place here, and the hotel has a lift. The rooms, food, cleaning, staff, and prices were all good.

The rooms were just okay, but the service was the worst. The person in the waiting room seemed very creepy when we first arrived. Staff didn't help carry our luggage, gave us creepy looks, and kept staring, which made us uncomfortable. They were rude and disrespectful when we checked out. Neither the TV nor Wi-Fi worked, and both seemed to be there just for show. The bathrooms and blankets weren't clean. Water wasn't provided, and they didn't respond even after we called again and again. They also didn't clean the rooms despite repeated requests. When the geyser stopped working, we called them many times and were ignored. If they don't know how to treat guests, they should close this so-called hotel. I don't know why they're running it when they can't provide good service.

The staff tried hard to help us with what they had, and when we raised the issue at reception, they moved us to another room. The first rooms they showed were dirty and poorly kept, with dirty sheets and even worse toilets. The rooms also didn't look like the pictures. It might do for a one-night stay if you're travelling on a tight budget, but I wouldn't recommend it otherwise.
