The hotel itself is good, but the manager can't be trusted. We paid the rent we'd agreed on, then a few days later he changed the amount and we were forced to pay it. Make sure you get a bill or some other proof after paying.

The reception is the only good part. The rooms are in poor condition, and most of the ACs don't work. The ones that do are barely running. The washrooms were just okay. I'd rather have bottled water than their RO water, which they serve in used bottles that may or may not have been cleaned.

The staff and service were good, and it's easy to find transport to other places. The hotel is in a nice spot near Jai Vilas palace. There's an in-house restaurant, as well as Volga restaurant on the ground floor. A nice place to stay.

There's a restaurant on the ground floor, and they'll bring food to your room. Hot water comes through the taps in the morning only. At other times, they'll bring it in buckets. Service was nice.

There's no parking, and the room was so bad I couldn't stand to stay in it for long. It was filthy and smelled like an ashtray, the washbasin was broken, and the bathroom floor was damaged. This deserves a negative rating.
