Nachi Residency

They serve vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on request, and the food was very good in both taste and quality. We stayed two nights at Nachi residency and were warmly welcomed. Mr. Sathappan, the owner, and Mr. Praveen, the caretaker, showed excellent hospitality. The room was convenient and quite comfortable, though not as posh as a star hotel. I'd strongly recommend this homestay for families.

The owner welcomes you like a guest, not a customer, and the place keeps Tamil traditions and values alive through its food, architecture, and staff support. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and everyone was welcoming and helpful. Nachi residency may not be a remarkable place in itself, but staying there is a remarkable experience.

The hosts are very hospitable, and the guesthouse has a lovely, homelike feel. Its traditional, comfortable rooms have athangudi tiles, all handmade. They also serve a tasty traditional South Indian breakfast. I'm happy with the experience so far.

The owner is kind and helps visitors learn about the surroundings and places to see. We brought 20 students on a study trip in Chettinad, and they were accommodated well, with delicious food at a very reasonable price. If you're looking for a homestay and a warm welcome, this is a place to stay. I'd recommend it to local or international visitors.
