I left the guest house after filing an FIR for theft. Avoid room number 4. There is access to it from outside, and there is deliberately no CCTV.

The room smells, management isn't proper, and the place is overcrowded. Radiant Hotel offers good service at the same price, so it's much better by comparison.

There was no hanger in the room or bathroom, and no rope to hang clothes for drying. The TV showed “No Signal” and didn't work. A food menu was available, but nobody answered when I called to order, so there was no food available.

It's okay, just a basic stay. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. Tea, coffee, and a couple of snacks are available, but only at limited times.

The owner seemed to personally take care of all the little details and was very good. During breakfast, he spoke with all the guests and made sure they were enjoying their stay. The food was excellent, and the staff were very polite. They even helped us pack some food after breakfast for our travels. The guest house is in a calm, quiet, cozy setting, with Jiwaji University within walking distance. Our room and toilet were very clean and well maintained, and the rent was very cheap.
