The food was tasty and excellent quality, and the hotel was impressively clean throughout. I stayed at Landmark NX Gwalior for a one-day family function. Room service was a little slow because staffing seemed limited.

For a reception venue, the food quality was unacceptable. Every dish, from the appetizers through the main course, was poorly prepared and inedible. The catering at Landmark Nx was a complete disaster. Management needs to overhaul the kitchen standards. Guests deserve better than this culinary failure at a reception.

The prices were high, but the quality was shockingly poor for a hotel calling itself premium. Staff were rude and seemed uninterested, service took painfully long, and the food had no taste. A very disappointing stay at Hotel Landmark NX, Gwalior, and not worth the money or hype.

The service was fairly quick, and the food quality was very good. My name is Niyaz Hussain. Hotel Manager Abhishek Dixit Ji.

I was impressed by the spacious seating, which made it easy for guests to move around. At Hotel Landmark NX, Gwalior, the banquet hall was nicely decorated, and the balloons added a lovely touch to the atmosphere.
