My issue still hasn't been resolved, and I haven't received a solution. I paid ₹522 online, then was asked for another ₹378 when I got to the hotel. I entered at 10:00 am, and the service was at Hotel & Hotel Stap. The extra ₹378 should be refunded to me.

Don't book online here. They'll refuse check-in and offer you a room only if you pay them cash. The receptionist was arrogant and rude, and nearly threatened me while I was discussing the booking issue. I was there for an online booking for 1 hour, which they cancelled rudely. During that time I saw two unmarried couples booked by the hour come out, with the boy paying at the counter without any bill. They left on a bike, and seemed to be locals. If you're planning a family visit, you may regret it and feel embarrassed. The place is hard to locate. If you don't know exactly where it is, you could end up paying an auto wala 200 to 500. There's no conveyance nearby to reach the main road, and no restaurant in the whole area. It's unsafe to visit at night. They offer rooms by the hour, so you can understand what kind of hotel this is. Totally not recommended. Please avoid.

Finding this guest house takes a lot of searching. It's inside the railway colony, with no poster or banner by the road, and the room is a third class guest house room with third class amenities. No one cares for you. It's only Oyo in name, so please don't book here. The manager is very cheap and worst of all. I booked an online Oyo morning slot from 5am to 11am at a fixed rate, suppose 444 rupees, but the property manager can demand 200 more at his discretion. He insisted I had to book a 24hrs slot, otherwise he couldn't give me the reference. I called Oyo customer care and spoke with him and the manager, but he refused to give me the shifting. I had no option but to pay 200 extra because I needed to stay then. I'll never go back, even if they offered me a free stay.

The receptionists' attitude was even worse than the unhygienic place itself. They acted like goons. This is the worst place ever, and if negative ratings were possible, it would be at the top. Please don't go. I wish the place would shut down.
