The room itself was filthy, with no blanket, pillow sheets, or even a dustbin, and there wasn't a tube light. But the whole stay was draining in every way. I booked online and paid Rs. 600, yet they first refused my check-in, saying the room had gone to someone else. They demanded another Rs. 300, wouldn't let me see the room until I paid, and threatened to cancel the reservation. The staff were rude and kept bullying me. They all looked like teenagers and acted in a really immature, irritating way. When I asked for a key so I could lock the room before going out, they said they had none and told me nobody would steal anything. I couldn't leave my belongings in an unlocked room with people I didn't even understand. What kind of hotel gives a guest a room with no key? It was the worst room and room service I've had.

The bathroom was like a public one, the flush didn't work, and there was no foot mat or dustbin. At checkout, I found a used condom under the bed. They hadn't provided basic things like soap, a water bottle, or a blanket, and the charges were very high. It seemed like the place was only for Radibazi. Please see the room before paying next time.

I booked through OYO and paid there, but the hotel refused my check-in and asked for another 300 rupees. I contacted OYO customer care, and they moved me to a different hotel. I don't know this hotel, but the way they handled it felt like another scam. They don't even know how to treat a customer.

Kattar Hotel had fairly large rooms for the price, and to my surprise, all the amenities were available. Prices are low, but the facilities beat some higher-rated OYO hotels. The staff were friendly, and service was quick without delays. I had a really nice stay. I attached photos of my room so you can judge for yourself how good it was.

The hotel is under renovation, and room service is very poor. Rooms are decent and cost about 600 to 800 for 23 hours, with check-in at 12 pm and checkout at 11 am. AC is available, but the TV hasn't been recharged, so only two or three channels work.
