Park Inn by Radisson Gwalior

Park inn in Gwalior was a comfortable place to spend our two nights. It’s a relatively small hotel, which seems to help the service. Breakfast was very good, with hot Paratas and tea, and the food was presented nicely with calorie information. The self-service coffee machine made excellent coffee, and the beds were comfortable. I couldn’t figure out the point of the room “chiller”: it’s supposed to keep drinks at room temperature. If that’s what you want, you can just leave them outside!

The hospitality was the best part of our four days here. The staff made us feel welcome every day, from arrival to departure. The location is great, and the rooms are okay. RBG was also too good, with tasty food at affordable prices. I’d love to come back.

Anjali, the front office manager, and her team helped us a lot during our stay, and the in-house services were very quick. At the restaurant, Palak, Murshid, and Suresh looked after us. They were polite, kind, and courteous, and the chef made delicious food. Everyone was cooperative and supportive during our stay at Park Inn, Gwalior.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a good range of tasty options. Palak took such good care of us during service, always helpful, polite, and attentive. The rest of our stay was comfortable and went smoothly too. I’d recommend the hotel and would happily return.
