The atmosphere felt unsafe, with people like wranglers around staring and abusing. Even the reception was full of the same sort of people, and entering the hotel made me feel insecure. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, whether with family, friends, or alone.
The staff were unprofessional and lacked manners. They were leering at my wife. I didn’t do anything because I was with her. The hotel should train the staff in etiquette or replace them, and tell them to behave like servants.
The room is spacious and a good size, but they could provide better facilities. The amenities included AC, a geyser, a towel, and Wi-Fi, though the signal was weak.
Dust was all over the bed, walls, and bathroom. The TV and AC didn’t work, and the bathroom water supply wasn’t proper. Staff were very rude and provided no service. This was very, very poor hospitality and management. I won’t come again. 😤😤😤😤
Breakfast came late, and the biryani I ordered for dinner was very bad. The commode was broken, the room wasn’t clean, and the bedsheet had been used and wasn’t sanitized.
