Sakshi inn gwalior

Even in winter, they refused to provide extra blankets, and there was no drinking water either. The staff were careless and didn’t seem concerned about our comfort. Terrible service and a horrible experience. Definitely not recommended.

The food was awful, and the staff were irresponsible. The service was totally the worst. Never book this hotel.

For the amount we paid, this stay was a negative mark and a very bad experience. It felt like flats, not a hotel: room service was nonexistent, the TV didn’t work, and the room and bath accessories weren’t properly provided. Cleaning and daily replacements weren’t done properly either. They served RO water instead of packed bottles. The geyser also didn’t work properly. Hot water only came when all the rooms’ geysers were started, so how could they start another room’s geyser from their side?

Breakfast was poor, daily cleaning still wasn’t done after several reminders, and they didn’t give us the Wi-Fi password. They even supplied daily water in used bottles. There was no basic service at all. Third-class service, not worth even one star. Please don’t stay here.
