The staff were very cooperative, and cleanliness was perfect. The hotel's services were excellent. For me, it's the best place to stay in Gwalior.

The food was very poor, and there was no service. The place looked more like a guest house than a hotel.

The place is peaceful and well located in Gwalior city. Staff were helpful, and the rooms and food were good quality.

The food was awful, like eating nothing but salt and chilies. The soup and noodles were completely rotten. This was the worst hospitality and accommodation experience I've had, and I wish I could give zero stars. Please avoid this hotel, and don't plan your wedding here. There are plenty of places in Gwalior with much better food and hospitality.
