Simon from the restaurant made breakfast memorable with his courtesy, attentiveness, and readiness to help. His warm, professional hospitality added a personal touch. We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Marina, Connaught Place, with comfortable, clean, well-kept rooms and a pleasant ambience. The location in the heart of the city was excellent and convenient for both work and leisure. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Delhi and look forward to staying again.

The rooms were lovely and clean, and the location is hard to beat. What stood out most, though, was how caring the employees are. They even look after the dogs outside. I hope they’re paid as well as they deserve.

The food was delicious, but lunch at the Marina hotel today was a really disappointing experience. We’d been quoted ₹1,500 plus taxes for two, then found out on arrival that it was ₹2,200. The Great Kebab Factory is a buffet, yet we weren’t allowed to serve ourselves. Staff insisted on bringing food over and hurriedly describing what was available, while the large party in the restaurant used the buffet as usual. There seemed to be only two servers handling that party and the rest of us. They rushed over, dropped food onto our plates, and ran off. It felt disrespectful and spoiled the meal. We paid ₹8,000, including more than ₹300 for service that was below par. I’m a loyal Radisson Blu customer, and Radisson Blu, Noida sec-18 is my favourite. I didn’t expect the Delhi branch to disappoint like this.

I felt safe here, with security and 24/7 assistance. Virendra and Bahrat were among the staff who went out of their way to help, and Sanjay made me feel at home by taking care of my needs right away. The hotel is in the heart of Delhi, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with what you need. I’d highly recommend it.
