I paid by UPI for an AC room after calling the helpline and asking their executive to book one. When I got to the hotel, they said it was a non-AC room. I tried calling the helpline, but the call kept disconnecting. It was already 1:30 pm, so I couldn't go elsewhere. I had no choice but to pay another 600 to upgrade. Just horrible service.

The owner was very good, but that was the only bright spot. The food and ambience weren't good, and there was just one small bucket of hot water, with a big queue for it. Don't book through the Voyo hotel link. For a double room, I wouldn't pay more than Rs. 500. That's all it was worth.

The rooms were disorganized, and the blankets and pillows were filthy. The AC didn't work, the bathrooms were awful, and the rooms were highly overpriced. Pathetic.

Good value for money and nice staff. It's close to the market, Gwalior Top bazaar of Maharaj bada. Use Uber for getting there and back.
