The cleaning and service were awful, and the bed was only a 1 out of 10 for me. I booked online, but when I got there they refused the booking, so I ended up paying them 1200. I'm still waiting for a 500 refund from Agoda. Please look at other nearby options instead of booking here.

The staff were rude. They draw customers in online with a low price, then turn them away when they arrive and ask for extra money for the same room, sometimes nearly two or three times the online price.

Everything else was perfect, but the rooms had a free cockroach race and some impressive tobacco spit art.

Everything else was good, but the mosquitoes kept me from sleeping well. Be careful about checkout time too, they won't let you wait after it, or you'll have to pay extra for half a day.

It felt like a home away from home. The staff were great and customer friendly, and the place is affordable. A lovely place to stay.
