The room service was very helpful, and my Mother really liked the Tea. I didn't try the food. The rooms and washrooms were furnished well and clean, and ours faced the road, which gave us a better view. The location worked well for me, with Gomti Nagar nearby and almost everything necessary within 2 km. I was looking for somewhere close to Lohia Hospital. Many nearby hotels, including OYOs, had very serious cleanliness ratings, while others charged a lot for services that weren't up to the mark and had poor locations. After looking around, this seemed the best option in and around Vibhuti Khand. The air-conditioned room was good for our recent stay, but the beds were mostly designed for two people. There were three of us, so we managed for one night, though an even-sized group would do better.

Friendly staff, a clean room, and a good price.

The room was spacious, with a huge, clean washroom, and the service was nice. But we paid Rs 2200 for one day, while other reviews say people got rooms for just Rs 1300. It's really annoying and not acceptable for a hotel to do this to customers.

We stayed for two days while visiting Lucknow for a wedding. The rooms are a little small, but fine for two people, and it was peaceful with little outside noise. There was ventilation, clean sheets and toilets, clothes storage, and hot water. Room service was quick to respond to what we needed, and the food was surprisingly good. It was cost effective, not too expensive, and a good stay overall.
