The location is good, the service was awesome, and valet parking was a bonus. The room itself was good, but the bathtub in the washroom was pathetic. Please remove it if you can't install a decent one. The lift really needs an upgrade too, and breakfast in the morning was horrible.

Near Krishna nagar metro station. The food and snacks were good, especially the paneer tikka and Cheeseball. Room tariff was rs 7000/-, and the spa was average. There's a pool area, spacious parking, and the place worked smoothly for parties and conferences. The services were courteous, and the property was clean.

The dinner buffet was pathetic, and the food seemed stale. The restaurant staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. The rooms, ambience, and location were good, though. There are better options in Lucknow, like Hyatt and Taj.

Mr Tiwari Ajay is a decent man with a glowing personality. I had a very nice, clean, comfortable stay, and would definitely recommend it to family and friends. I prefer to stay here whenever I can.
