The location was perfect, close to popular attractions, but the stay itself was unpleasant. Check-in was slow and disorganized, the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, and the DTH had no recharge. A disappointing experience.

For the price, I expected a better room. It smelled dirty and barely had any facilities.

I’d avoid the AC room here. I went for one night in the last week of September, and the room itself was only okay. The bed sheet hadn’t been cleaned properly, and there was no drinking water on the floors. I booked an AC room offline for 1000 rupees, which was 150 rupees less than the online portal price. As soon as I reached the room, a staff member started asking for a tip and pressuring me. I got him to leave after paying 50 rupees. There’s no AC remote, since the unit is connected to the main power supply. With the power shortage in that area, it wasn’t working about half the time. Then at 10 pm, a staff member came in and switched off the compressor without telling me. That was unacceptable. They charge for AC, but you end up feeling cheated. I don’t recommend staying here in an AC room.

There were termites on the bed. The reception treated me badly as a customer when I booked online through oyo.
