Dear Greenland Resort team, I'm sharing this feedback during our stay. The resort looks good in reels and videos, but our actual experience felt completely different. Room service was very poor: even after reminding staff three times, no one filled the water jug. There were insects in the room, YouTube wouldn't run on the TV, indoor games weren't properly managed, and the power kept cutting out, among other problems. We wish we'd read the reviews before booking. Since the price isn't lower than other places in the area, guests expect good service. The dinner we had was good in both food quality and selection. After my first-day feedback, the team took it positively and started improving housekeeping and room service. That was good for the resort and its future business. The restaurant food quality, menu, and service were also awesome, which led us to update our rating and review. Thank you to the resort team and owner for using the feedback to improve. My family and I visit resorts often, so we do compare price and service.

The location near Vadodara was convenient, and the calm ambience made for a comfortable, relaxing visit. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Staff were polite and helpful, and both the food and service were excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

I'm the bride's uncle, and I never expected such a difficult experience at a wedding venue. There wasn't any water for personal hygiene or restroom use, which made the event very uncomfortable, especially for elderly relatives. The family was left struggling, and the situation wasn't handled with care or urgency. A venue that can't provide this basic necessity isn't suitable for weddings or other important gatherings.

We really enjoyed the large swimming pool with music, and the villa rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Greenland Resort has lovely green lawns and spectacular views of nearby Pavagadh mountain, with great vibes for unwinding. The food was excellent, and the service was spot on.

The rooms were smaller than I expected, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The resort is in a lovely green, peaceful location, and the amenities were good and easy to access. The staff were humble and helpful, with good service, and the food was extraordinary.
