The rooms and service are fairly average. The rooms could use better upkeep and updated amenities, and service can be slower than expected, especially when large events keep the hotel busy. Rajvi Palace is better suited to hosting conferences, meetings, weddings, and social gatherings. It has spacious banquet areas and open spaces that work for big events, local functions, and community programs. It works well as an event venue in Hanumangarh, though the accommodation and service may feel average rather than luxurious. Better rooms and hospitality could make it a much better place to stay.

I was close to writing the most negative review because the reception staff kept saying no when we asked for basic toiletries or ice water. Then Vikas came to our room. He was the only genuinely hospitable person, and his dedication made our two-day stay calm instead of disgusting. He was such a gem. If you go there, watch out for him.

The property has a heritage feel and is in a good location, but the service overall was only average. The room was okay, though the mattress wasn't comfortable and the blanket was dirty. Water came out of the tap extremely slowly, so filling a bucket took around 25-30 minutes. The geyser didn't work properly either and took a long time to heat the water. Given the property's potential, the stay was below expectations.

Spacious rooms, delicious food, and a good swimming pool. The staff were responsive and the service super fast. Really good hotel. What more do you need?

The slow, unprofessional staff ruined the experience for my family. Avoid this place if you want good service.
