After the hotel meal, my daughter got food poisoning early the next morning, so we checked out right away. We had arrived around 8 pm after a long journey with our children, and there was no way we could look for another place that night. The first room smelled bad and had broken seating. They moved us after we complained, but the bedsheets were stained, and even the clean sheets staff brought were dirty. The hotel looks nothing like its online pictures and is very misleading. It was a very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the money. I’d strongly advise people to avoid it.

Staff, including the manager, were hostile. When someone asked about the hotel's star rating, the manager gave a defensive, deeply unprofessional response. Then staff refused access to a washroom. The service was poor, and the washroom facilities were unhygienic. This is unacceptable and well below basic customer care standards.

The food they serve is superb, and the hotel and restaurant staff are polite, humble, and pleasant. It’s a nice place to stay with family, in a prime and safe location. The overall vibe is great.

The washroom stinks. Worst experience of my life. For a few more bucks, it’s better to sleep in the car or go to a nicer hotel.
