The place looked good in the pictures, but it smelled a little when I got there. I decided to stay at tara bliss instead. It cost a bit more, but met expectations in most ways.

Breakfast was the one good part, along with the service guy, though we had to call him repeatedly for little things. The rest of our one-night stay, booked through Make my trip, was disappointing. The rooms were average and the bedsheets weren't clean. We got only two towels for five people, and complaining didn't help; there was no soap, shampoo, mugs, or room dustbin either. Dinner came cold and didn't taste good. The location is okay, about 1 km from har ki pauri, but parking fits only two or three cars. Please avoid staying there.

Good value for money, with a nice room. It’s about 2-3 kms from Har hi Pauri, and the hotel is a decent deal if you want a good room at a lower cost and are coming in a small car. The location isn't prime, parking is limited, and the narrow road from the main road can be a problem if you're driving a big car.

The WiFi worked well, even in our corner room where it showed three bars. That was about the only thing I liked. I’d say no to this hotel for anyone, and a lodge would be better. It feels like I have an agenda against the place, but the stay really was that bad. I took lots of photos to back up what I’m saying, though I couldn't upload them if Google didn't allow it. One concern is that online reviews praise this hotel a lot, and I seem to find similar names reviewing it on different sites with very similar content. It feels a little fishy. We had two rooms, and neither AC seemed to cool even at 16 degrees Celsius. Parking can fit only three vehicles inside, or three to four if one is left in front of the main gate. The hotel is deep in the galli, and the small lanes were hard to navigate, especially with a larger car like a creta or safari. We had to walk through the lanes to figure out where it was, then go back for our car. The food was among the worst parts. We ordered aloo jeera, dal fry, rice, and roti. The aloo was rock hard and uncooked. They replaced it when we asked, but the new one was only slightly better. The tea tasted bitter, as if the leaves had been overcooked. We had to call the head chef and have my dad explain how to make tea before he made another for us. Cleanliness gets one star. The bedsheet had black spots when we arrived. Even after we asked for a change, it wasn't replaced for two days. They said there was no spare and the laundry would come the next day, so we had to sleep without a bedsheet. They still didn't change it over the next two days. We eventually cut the trip short and left a day earlier than planned. The hotel runs beside an open drain that draws lots of mosquitoes, and garbage was scattered around the main gate, parking area, and elsewhere around the hotel. The staff get two stars, with one extra because of the staff working under the owner. The owner was very rude. I have a three-minute video of the owner's brother storming into our room to argue about the bedsheet, insisting it was fine. The staff were relatively young, inexperienced, and local.

The walls are losing their color, the shower is broken, and the bedsheets are torn. We weren't given towels because, we were told, they were in the laundry. There was no hot water from the geysers, and the ACs didn't work. We were charged extra, yet the night staff were so unhelpful they told us to leave if we didn't like the room's AC. Such a waste of money. They should just lock the hotel down.
