Being right by the Haridwar Railway Station made arrival very easy, and the owner handled check-in professionally. I booked Hotel Ashok through Goibibo, and it lived up to its high ratings. The well-maintained rooms are good value for the price, making it a solid choice for budget travelers who want to be in the heart of the city. I’d recommend it for the easy access and reliable service.

It was awkward staying here even for one day. The rooms were dusty and dirty, with cockroaches roaming in the corners, and the toilet wasn’t clean either. Staff behavior wasn’t appropriate. I called room service several times, but the service still wasn’t up to the mark.

My stay was horrible. The staff were ill-mannered and the facilities were basically zero. Please don’t stay here at any price.

The location is the only plus. The staff were third class and mannerless. Worst hotel, avoid it.

The manager uncle was good, and two of the staff boys were polite, helpful and humble. But the room itself was depressing. There were too many stains on the curtains, the walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the bathroom walls were filthy. Please DON’T go to this hotel. I’d give it minus 10.
