Mr. Avinash at reception was very helpful and booked me an affordable cab from Haridwar to Rishikesh. All the staff were supportive, and the hotel and rooms were clean. Har Ki Pauri and other important places are within walking distance. I had a very good short stay with my family, and the hotel was well worth the money. I don’t know why some people left negative feedback. Thank you to Hotel Sunshine, Mr. Avinash, and all the staff. Keep up the great service.

The staff are excellent, incredible really, and always quick to help. The hotel itself is decent, but the room needs proper cleaning and upkeep, and hygiene is a small issue. Apart from that, no problems. If they sort out the cleanliness, this could be a top-notch place.

The manager’s behavior left us feeling mentally harassed, and we’ll never forget it. We found the staff uncooperative, the room service poor, and the room and bedding very dirty. The rooms smelled bad, the bathrooms were unclean and had no exhaust fan, and the hotel environment was awful. The staff demanded twice the money to book us a car, while local drivers quoted a much lower rate. We had a very bad experience and felt the manager was a complete fraud. The place seemed to care only about money, not service. Very bad experience. Avoid contacting or booking with them; I recommend nobody ever visit this disgusting hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Sunshine and really appreciated the warm hospitality. The location was great too, with everything nearby.

A horrible experience. The room was very dirty with no ventilation, and the toilet had no exhaust fan. There’s no transport service in front of the hotel. All the window AC units were very loud and had no remote, the TV didn’t work, and neither the door lock nor the balcony lock worked properly. The hotel manager charged extra to rent a car.
