The staff were courteous and attentive, and the service made the stay pleasant. I also liked the spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and the breakfast selection, with good variety and excellent food. The hotel is right in the heart of Haridwar, close to the railway station. There’s no wardrobe in the rooms, though, which could be inconvenient for a longer visit. I’d recommend it to people coming to Haridwar.

The hotel felt peaceful and hygienic, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The staff were polite, cooperative, and ready to help with a positive attitude. The food was good too. I had a very pleasant stay.

Kuldeep was polite and helpful, and check-in and check-out both went smoothly. The in-house restaurant served tasty food at reasonable prices, with good choices for vegetarians. My room was spacious, clean, and maintained well, with a comfortable bed and hygienic washroom. Housekeeping was prompt. Being close to Haridwar Railway Station made travel easy, especially for families. It was a comfortable, hassle-free stay, and I’d recommend Hotel Le Roi for a spiritual trip or a short vacation.

Kuldeep was a really nice, helpful person. The staff were polite and professional, and the service made my stay comfortable. Since the hotel is within the station premises, it’s very convenient for travelers. I had a wonderful stay.

I found the service very nice and helpful, and the stay was good value. The hotel feels professionally run compared with some others I’ve stayed in in India. I booked for one night before an early train, and being right beside the station was very convenient. The room was good overall, though my street-facing window didn’t close properly and let in some noise. Maybe the other side is better, but you can still hear the railway station. I didn’t get hot water in the morning, though I’m not sure if I needed to switch on the heater.
