The owner was rude and unprofessional, and some important details weren’t shared ahead of time. Hot water was available only in the morning, there were no towels, and hygiene was very poor. The staff were unfriendly and no help. When we chose not to stay, the owner refused a refund and argued aggressively. I’d strongly advise travellers to avoid the place and spare themselves the trouble and disappointment.

The owner doesn’t know how to speak to clients. They charge far too much, when you can find cleaner, more hygienic rooms for less.

The rooms are heavily overpriced, and the manager seems very greedy about money. Other hotels offer better rooms and service.

We paid Rs. 2100 for an offline booking, but the room didn’t feel worth that price. The room itself was ordinary, with an unwashed bedsheet and hair on the pillows. The toilet seat was dirty, with urine stains on its plastic cover. There was no bucket or paper roll in the bathroom, no water bottle in the room, and the only toiletries were soap. We also didn’t get room service or the complimentary breakfast.
