Oyo 9845 Hotel Kirti Heritage

I gave it one star only because that was the lowest option. Nothing about the stay went well. The room looked clean from a distance but was dirty, and we had to switch rooms 3-7 times. The layout felt wrong, the doors and locks were flimsy, and the furniture looked worn and wasn't sturdy. The bed was two mattresses put together, which made it uncomfortable as a king-size bed. There were no complimentary room items or toiletries, and staff behavior was poor. Food was bad, too. The TV was broken with a cut wire, the phone didn't work, and the taps were so hard to turn that two staff members were needed. Most of the time there was no toilet water, so I had to bathe in another room. The heater sometimes failed, and the muddy water in front of Heritage was another problem. The service and rooms were so bad that we wanted to leave within 2-3 hours. Don't stay here. It could ruin your holiday within the first few hours. I also doubt the good reviews, which I think may have been posted by staff or their family. Stay safe, Jay Bharat.
