The food was good, and I loved the milkshakes, definitely worth trying. The ambience was nice too, and we enjoyed our time, but there was no music and the staff service was only okay. A lot of menu items weren’t available, so we had to keep changing what to order. They don’t have computerized bills, but still asked us to pay GST. The staff didn’t seem to cooperate among themselves, and the arguing was really disruptive. If you like eating in peace, think twice before visiting. They’ve got good food, but the service needs a lot of work.

We could afford the stay, and it was a good place overall. I went with my college friends on an excursion. The rooms were clean and nice, but the breakfast wasn’t good, so we had to find another hotel the next day. We told the authorities about it, and I hope they fixed the problem.

Thanks for the friendly service. I only got takeaway once, and the Veg Biryani Hyderabad was delicious, spicy just as I’d asked, with raita on the side. One meal was enough for me.

I had an issue with the hot water, but the staff sorted it out by bringing buckets from the kitchen. They’re customer-focused and well-mannered, and the rooms are neat and tidy.

For what I paid, the room felt small, and there weren’t any food options while I was there, so I had to go out and get something myself. Still, it was a decent stay, and I’d consider staying here again if I return to town.
