The damp walls and lack of ventilation made the suite really uncomfortable. There were seepage marks everywhere, and the smell hit us as soon as we checked in. For what I paid, I expected better hygiene and upkeep. A terrible stay in Hassan. Definitely my first and last time.
Suvarna Regency was a great place to stay. The staff were attentive and happy to help, and the room was spotless and really comfortable. Its location made exploring easy, too. I'd definitely recommend it.
I was happy with the experience, and the food was good. The price felt a little high, though.
It was comfortable enough for a short visit, and the temple is an easy walk away, which is a big plus. The rooms and washrooms are old, but they were kept clean and maintained. I did think the AC room was overpriced at Rs 3,000 for the night. After I raised that at checkout, the morning staff member returned Rs 500, so I left feeling the stay was good overall.
The night receptionist behaved rudely, and I had a very bad experience. I don't think this hotel is safe for families.
