My concerns included inaccurate bookings or billing, such as reservation mix-ups or surprise charges, and slow check-in, checkout, or other service. There were noise disruptions from other guests, the street, or elevators. Facilities didn't work properly, with broken amenities and poor water or room temperature. Staff at the desk or providing service could be unhelpful, indifferent, or rude. The rooms were dirty and dusty, with neglected spots under the beds.

We booked the engagement hall, but there was no electricity, so the program took place in dim daylight. They demanded 10000 extra for a generator. They knew Sundays were days with power cuts but didn't tell us. The rooms and washroom were dirty too. Think twice before booking.

A very nice place for a wedding, with lovely decorations, a good hall, and big, spacious rooms.

Great rooms for a stay, and the staff were helpful.

The place is far from the city center, and there was no water or restaurant for food. The wall had seepage, and no one at reception was there to help. The fan and bathroom light didn't work. The AC did work, but there was no remote to adjust the temperature. Best to avoid.
