Essentia Premier Hotel Pune

The one thing I noticed about the chicken soup was that it had very little chicken for the price, though it tasted good. On arrival, the rules were explained straight away, which made reception feel a little formal. A warmer greeting, perhaps with an offer of a welcome drink, would have been nice. I stayed one night and found the room comfortable, luxurious, and well maintained. Breakfast was a pleasant part of the stay, with a good range of quality food. It was a pleasant visit, and I hope the feedback is useful.

The food was tasty, and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff helped carry our bags, which we appreciated. Everyone was sweet and helpful, especially receptionist Natasha, who was very nice to customers and always had a pretty smile. Great customer service.

We spent four days at Essentia Premier and were very satisfied. The room service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. The Thai curry had a perfect blend of flavors. Chef Shubham Rawat deserves special credit for the cuisine, and Prakash Bist was pleasant and provided lovely service.

The dinner buffet had a nice surprise: they brought starters directly to guests on the dinner plan, and the chicken was tender, flavorful, and clearly fresh. It was only two pieces, but delicious. You can ask for dishes that aren't set out on the buffet too. I had to ask about both things, though, so a printed menu or clearer explanation would make dinner easier to navigate. Breakfast was fresh and good, but I only learned I could order things outside the buffet after seeing someone have dosa. The staff hadn't mentioned that option. The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable, and convenient, with polite staff and excellent food. The room was spacious and well designed, with new electrical fittings and amenities, and a very comfortable bed that felt relaxing after the journey. Each of the 11 floors has around 7-8 rooms, so it was peaceful and easy to find my way around. I first booked two days online after a last-minute search for a four-day stay showed no availability on booking sites. I contacted the hotel directly, and their team put me in touch with phone bookings, where they initially confirmed availability. They later said December 4 was full because of an event, so I booked the first two days online. When my flight was delayed, I let them know I'd arrive early the next morning, and they were cooperative. I enjoyed the stay a lot. After six days exploring Pune and Maharashtra, this was one of my favorite hotel experiences. For a visit to the Wakad / Wakadistri area in Pune, I recommend Essentia Premier Hotel.
