The property was filthy, with dust everywhere, and we were charged double rent even though we didn’t stay a minute. We paid 956 online, then they took another 956 in cash for this awful place. The staff at reception were drunk and completely unprofessional. I suspect there are hidden cameras in the rooms: they were hiding a mobile phone while looking at CCTV footage with objectionable scenes. I saw many unmarried couples checking in at night. Don’t stay here with family. This is a dirty place where your life isn’t safe, and you shouldn’t risk your kids’ safety. I believe this place may get a police raid at any time because it seems to be preferred for the wrong things. OYO customer care first said they’d give a full refund, but they didn’t refund a single rupee. The owner said OYO is a fraud company and they have no agreement with them. OYO should take action, though I suspect they’re involved because the property isn’t under their control and the owner called them a fraud company. I don’t have time right now, but I want to file a police complaint. For now, I can at least help people avoid this property.
10/10
For less than ₹1000, this felt like good value. I had a double bed, water bottle, toiletries, towel, TV, Wi-Fi, AC, and a ceiling fan. The TV was no use to me since it only had free channels, but the Wi-Fi was good enough to stream IPL on Hotstar. The bed and toilet were clean. One toilet tap wasn’t fixed, though that’s probably me nitpicking.

One of the worst rooms I’ve seen. The fan was poor, there was no AC, drain water came out, and there were no floor mats. Really bad 👎 I strongly recommend not considering Collection O Morya Hospitality 👎
4/10
The staff were very polite, though not professional. The washroom was good, but the room was so small that even two pieces of luggage wouldn’t fit, despite the big bed. If you’re traveling alone, choose this place. Otherwise, noooo.
2/10
The rooms are very small, and there’s zero hospitality. The AC didn’t work, and the lights kept switching on and off every half hour. When I asked to change rooms, the staff told me to check out instead. They’d taken the tariff in advance, then refused to refund it. I’d never recommend this hotel.
