I’d paid in advance through MMT for a room for my parents. When they arrived to check in at night, the manager said they didn’t accept Make My Trip bookings and asked them to pay for another room. They paid because it was late. After I complained to MMT customer service, they contacted the hotel, which then accepted the original online booking and returned the money. It felt fishy, as if the hotel was trying to take advantage of my parents. Very disappointing.

Construction noise was constant, like someone drilling and banging into your head, so we left earlier than planned. The room also had no drinking water, towels, toiletries, or room service. You had to go out and buy everything yourself. At reception, the person ignored our online booking, never even opened the computer, and took a cash advance instead. The worst stay I’ve had. I’d never try this hotel again. One star only because that was the lowest rating available.

It’s close to the temple and quiet, with very large rooms that can fit a group of five. There’s AC, and the price is reasonable for temple-going groups. No room service or special amenities, though.

The main plus is how close it is to the temple, and the hotel is easy on the wallet. My room was clean and tidy, but the TV wasn’t working during my stay. There’s no room service.
