There have been several problems in our room. The electricity has been out for a few hours today. Yesterday we were told there was a water problem and that we'd have to buy water, so we had to persuade them to arrange some for us. It's now day three and nobody has come to clean the room. I wouldn't recommend staying here, since you can find better hotels for the same price.
2/10
I checked out after three hours. The room was dirty, the location wasn't good, and the staff weren't supportive. The bathroom smelled, and the AC barely worked. Its remote didn't work either. The hotel gave me no receipt. It was the worst experience, and my money feels wasted.
6/10
The location is prime and easy to find. Service was okay, and luckily our room was clean, though some rooms were dirty.
2/10
The location is okay, but the rooms are in very bad condition and the service is seriously unsatisfactory. I think mostly couples visit. The air conditioners seem to be there in name only, along with the room rates.
2/10
There were cockroaches, dust on the walls, and the bedsheet and blanket cover weren't clean. The room itself wasn't clean either.
