A decent restaurant with a reasonable range of food, and the hotel feels neat and welcoming for work or leisure. The rooms are clean and looked after, with the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Staff are generally courteous and attentive, although service may slow down at busy check-in and check-out times. The Fern Residency Vadgaon is a comfortable 3-star option and good value if you want a pleasant, hassle-free stay.

Mr. Jahangir, Miss Pampa, and the other staff were kind, supportive, and helpful throughout, and the service was quick. The food was delicious with lots of options. Our stay was relaxing and pleasant, with clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Cleaning Head Mr. Lalit has kept the place very clean and hygienic, and I really appreciate his work. I’d recommend the hotel and would happily stay again.

Breakfast service in the restaurant was awful. The servers were very slow, some buffet stations had no cutlery or serving spoons, and there was nobody at the egg and dosa counter. It took over 10 minutes for someone to show up. Even the security staff seemed lethargic, and the staff need training to be more proactive. The room itself was spacious and clean, but the bathroom needed better cleaning. We also had to ask before they replaced our towels.

There aren’t other restaurants nearby, so you’re left with this one, and the food is expensive. Booking a room with meals is a jackpot, though, since the buffet has lots of variety. The hotel is very good for this area, with spacious, tidy, clean rooms and toiletries like a shaving kit, dental care, shoe polish, shampoo, soap, and face wash, plus a kettle. I liked that the complimentary water bottle was glass and could be taken with you.
