The front desk and housekeeping staff were awful, and the hotel was filthy. I don’t understand how Agoda gave this place a 4.5/5 rating. Look at the photos and decide whether to trust apps like Agoda, which seems to rate these hotels on a paid basis.
The rooms and staff were terrible, and the whole hotel was dirty and disgusting. The people were very bad too. Please don’t book here or go. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Staff behaviour was good and polite, and the location is accessible with alright transport links. Cleanliness only gets 2.5 out of 5. Breakfast was good, with a simple Aaloo paratha or bread toast brought to the room. There’s no restaurant. Laundry wasn’t available in an emergency. The room had a light switch by the bed, soap and other toiletries, and a Geyser. Price was OK.
The location is nice, but the hotel feels average for a comparatively high price. Room service was average too.
I arrived at 12, but no one answered the calls or opened the gate. I kept calling oyo and got nowhere. The management was very poor. I’d give less than one star.
