8/10
The polite staff and extras like soap, shampoo, and hair oil were a real plus. The room was spacious, with a big bed, and both the AC and fan worked. The LED television and its channels worked too. Hotel plazza is a good option in this area for its service, though there was no mirror outside the bathroom, only inside, and I would've preferred one outside. The bathroom was small. The almost straight stairs could be difficult for older people, and parking was limited.

The staff were very helpful, and finding the hotel was easy. It's close to important places including the Bus Stand, Railway Stations, and Examination centers. I had a great experience.

They didn't give me the room promised online, and the room I got was in pathetic condition. The switches were broken and the TV didn't work. This was the most disappointing part of my whole journey. If you're considering staying here, I'd suggest changing your hotel. The condition was really bad.
